Prof. X.Emerensia, Principal, embarked on her career as a Clinical Tutor at the RVS College of Nursing, progressing through various roles in the nursing profession. As of March 2021, she has assumed the esteemed position of Principal at the RVS College of Nursing, Sulur. Her primary objective is to channel her academic and clinical expertise into a reputable Institution, focusing on nurturing nursing students, cultivating robust knowledge, refining clinical skills, fostering teamwork, and developing leaders.

With over 28 years of education experience, she has proven proficiency in teaching and excels in building collaborative relationships across disciplines. Her strengths lie in meticulous curriculum planning and implementation. Beyond teaching, she serves as a resource person in various conferences, guides BSc and MSc nursing students in research, serves as a paper setter and examiner for universities, conducts Institution inspections, and has published articles.

Her multifaceted responsibilities and unwavering commitment highlight her as a dedicated educator and leader in the field of nursing, consistently striving to enhance the educational and professional growth of nursing students.
